RPGaDay 11: My Favourite Games Writer

The answer to today's category has to be Matt McFarland.

I first became of his work when he took over developing White Wolf's Dark Ages line, and thought he did a stand up job with it. Under his watch Dark Ages expanded, taking in the other 'splats' in the White Wolf line and becoming a much more rounded line. He's also developed a number of their other lines, most notably Beast, which earned him a fair amount of opprobrium recently when a number of things he hadn't intended were read into the text Onyx Path provided online. The fact that he went away and redeveloped the text rather than shrugging his shoulders is another, fairly major, reason I like him; that takes stones.
